Yes — full-service design begins at a starting fee of $7,500, which typically applies to one or two rooms, depending on the complexity. Kitchens and bathrooms often begin at this level or higher due to their technical requirements.

Larger scopes — such as multiple rooms, main floors, or full homes — require a higher investment. Your final design fee is confirmed after your consultation, once we understand your project’s full scope.

These partnerships take time to build and allow us to source unique, high-quality and trade-only pieces not available at standard retail.

Trade pricing is part of our business model and supports the full service we provide — including sourcing, ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting items, resolving issues, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring everything is set up properly in your home.
