MARLBOROUGH LOBBY

After 35 years, the community and board decided it was time to update and refresh their condo lobby. No detail was overlooked from new flooring and lighting to new furniture and wallpaper, everything was given a makeover. Wall trim, mirrors and a large storage credenza with triptych art greeted residents and guests alike. A comfortable seating area was reconfigured with a fireplace and custom cabinetry.
