Through a series of collaborative meetings, we help you refine ideas, make confident selections, and keep your project moving forward — at your pace. Whether you need input on floor plans, finish selections, furniture layouts, or overall style direction, we’re by your side to provide clarity and creative solutions.
Your journey begins with an initial two-hour discovery meeting where we review your plans, discuss your goals, and establish a direction for your design. From there, we’ll work together in the way that suits you best — in your home, at retail showrooms, or in our Etobicoke design studio, where you’ll have access to our extensive library of samples and materials.
Service can be adapted to suit your needs and can include;
• Advice and ideas for floor plans and layouts

• Finish and furnishing selections with designer support

What's included:
Service can be adapted to suit your needs and can include;
• 20 hours of design support to use in the way that fits your project
• Hours are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be used within that time.
• Time can be used for: in-home support, reviewing options, sourcing/shopping guidance, showroom visits, and decision-making
• Booked in minimum 2-hour increments
• Appointments are scheduled a minimum of 1 week in advance
• Ongoing guidance to keep your decisions cohesive — layout, finishes, furnishings, lighting direction, and styling (within your scope)
• Travel to the first meeting location is not included in the hourly time. If we travel from site to site during your booked session, that travel time does count as part of the scheduled hours

Yes — email and phone support is included within this package, and time spent reviewing, replying, and calls is counted toward your purchased hours.
How do we use the time best?

Do the hours expire?
Yes — hours must be used within 6 months of purchase.
