Floor Plans & 3D Concepts

Visualize your space before a single wall moves.

Whether you’re renovating or building anew, the foundation of a successful project starts with smart layout and design visualization. In our Toronto-based studio serving the GTA, we transform your ideas into clear floor plans and realistic 3D renderings — so you can make confident decisions, avoid surprises, and feel truly excited about the result.

What We Do

  • Layout & Partition Planning: We begin by measuring your space (or reviewing your plan) and examining how it can be reorganized for better flow, sightlines and function. Whether it’s removing a wall, adding a partition, or refining furniture placement, we explore options and refine together.

  • Furniture & Space Planning: With the layout set, we determine scale, proportion and groupings — addressing circulation, focal points and room zones. We provide updated plans until the design feels intuitive and complete.

  • 3D Renderings & Visual Concepting: Once the plan is finalized, we bring the design into 3D — so you can see materials, finish choices, lighting and furniture in context. This step gives you clarity, allows for adjustments early, and helps all stakeholders understand the project, scope and budget.

Why It Matters

Making decisions early pays off. When you see your space visualized in 3D before purchasing furnishings or hiring trades:

  • You reduce the risk of costly changes mid-project.

  • You gain a strong presentation tool for builders, contractors and suppliers.

  • You approach your renovation or build with clear direction and confidence — knowing your finished home will look and feel exactly as you envision.

Let’s map out your space and bring your vision into view — so you can proceed with clarity and purpose.

“Seeing a room in 3D transforms it from a concept into a home you can live in. It’s the moment uncertainty ends and excitement begins.”
