For homeowners who want expert guidance, clear next steps, and confidence in their design choices — in studio or in your home.

Whether you’re planning a renovation, refreshing a few rooms, or just need a designer’s eye on your ideas, this working session gives you professional advice you can implement right away. We’ll review your space, talk through your vision and priorities, and make specific recommendations on layout, colours, finishes, and sources — all tailored to your home and lifestyle in the GTA.

You choose how we meet:

Option 1 — In Studio (Etobicoke)

Perfect if you want to see and touch samples. We’ll meet at our Etobicoke design studio (free parking) and use our library of fabrics, hardwoods, cabinet doors, countertop samples (Cambria, Caesarstone, etc.), tile, paint decks, hardware and lighting to pull and pair combinations that reflect your style. This is great for renovations, kitchens/baths, and anyone who needs clarity on “what goes together.”

Option 2 — In Your Home

Ideal if you want advice directly in your space. We’ll walk through your rooms, discuss what’s working and what’s not, talk scale and proportion, and map out changes that will make the biggest impact. You’ll get the same design brain — just applied live to your floor plan, light, and furnishings.

How to prepare
To make the most of our time together, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to complete 48 hours before our meeting so we know your space, priorities, and style direction.
Please have ready:
• Photos (and, if possible, a few key dimensions)
• Inspiration images/Pinterest boards
• Any must-stay items (sofa, heirloom pieces, appliances, etc.)
This helps us arrive prepared — with ideas, samples and the right resources — so the session stays productive and focused.

• Designer-approved direction for your space
• A prioritized list of changes to make
• Clear finish/style suggestions to guide your shopping or renovation
• The confidence to move forward on your own — or to continue working with us for full-service design

What this is

• Not full-service interior design
• Not detailed construction drawings or permit drawings
• Not ongoing email support after the meeting
• Not full sourcing/shopping for every item in your home

If you’d like more support after the consultation (floor plans, 3D concepts, full sourcing, renovation/project management), we can provide a proposal for the next phase.
