Cancellation Policy

Quick note: This is a brief intro call to confirm fit and next steps (not a design consult). If you can’t make it, please reschedule — we appreciate everyone being respectful of each other’s time. Complimentary Discovery Call Booking Policy Purpose of the Call The complimentary discovery call is a brief introductory call to learn about your project, confirm fit, and recommend the best next step (consultation, package, or full-service design). Length & Format Discovery calls are 15 minutes and are held by phone/Zoom (as selected at booking). What to Expect We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, approximate budget range, and the areas you’d like help with. You’ll leave with clarity on the best next step and what working together could look like. What’s Not Included This call does not include design advice, detailed recommendations, selections, drawings, or troubleshooting specific design decisions. If you’re ready for design direction, we’ll recommend booking a paid consultation. Respecting Each Other’s Time We set aside this time just for you, and we appreciate the same in return. If anything comes up, please use the reschedule link in your confirmation email so we can offer the spot to someone else. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Because these calls are complimentary and time is reserved, late cancellations and no-shows may limit your ability to rebook. If you miss your call, you’re welcome to request a new time, but we may ask that you book a paid consultation next to ensure dedicated time is reserved.
