PLANNING & STAGES
Requirements & Feasibility
We develop a scope of work by melding what you want, what you require with what is possible. We curate your ideas to create the ‘Big Picture’ design concept.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & DRAWINGS
We create all floor plans, furniture layouts including all walls, floors and ceilings. We also work up renderings of each room so that you can see in detail what your new home will look like.
FIXTURE SELECTION & SPECIFICATION
We provide suggestions for fixtures and help you decide what best meets your needs and style, and submit a Specification Document used to quote all items.
FURNITURE SELECTION & SPECIFICATION
We select furniture and fabric to enhance the Design Concept and place the pieces on a Furniture Plan Specification Document used to quote all items.
TENDERING & BUDGETING
We provide the completed drawings, plans and specifications to your builder for pricing and budget submission.
CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
During construction, questions may arise that require our assistance and guidance. We are available to answer them as needed.
