Once the layout is approved, we begin selecting all the materials and finishes your renovation requires.

one revision to refine key selections

a full scope of work document
budgeting guidance and contractor-ready notes
support in reviewing quotes and materials

If you prefer to use your own trades, we provide all drawings and selections, plus one meeting to review the design with your contractor.
