DESIGNER BY YOUR SIDE
Predominantly an advice driven service, we work with you, by your side, to help build your design. We discuss your options and ideas and create next steps to keep your project moving forward.
The initial two hours are a discovery meeting to understand your project. We review your plans, ideas and needs to gain knowledge and direction. We offer our professional advice and suggestions keeping in mind your goals and style. With a direction formed, we begin offering suggestions on layout, finishes etc.
Meetings may happen at retail locations, your home or our design studio. Our studio is equipped with many samples, catalogues and finishes that can be beneficial to begin building the design scheme. We are happy to share these onsite resources. Meeting at retail locations of your choosing to source is another way great way to benefit from this service.
Service can be adapted to suit your needs and can include;
• ideas and advice on your floor plans
• guidance for kitchen and bath design
• sourcing and selection of finishes and furnishings while accompanying you at your preferred location/supplier
• ideas for furniture arrangements
• discussions on colour and fabrics
• assistance with fixture and finishing selections
• window covering ideas
• paint colour specifications
• in-person or phone and email communication
• on-site appointments and walk-throughs
• Access to our studio library of materials and catalogues
20 hours $4,000 plus HST (Subject to availability.)
This service is flexible and can be used in a variety of ways. Either way you choose to go you can be assured that your design and all its elements will work well together and achieve a space that is absolutely beautiful.
