CLAY NEW BUILD

The client was building a new home and sought interior design and planning services. Originally handed 2D architectural drawings, the clients were confused and unable to properly understand the space. We started by developing easy to read floor plans, clean of clutter and architectural markings for discussion and review. 3D renderings followed furnishing the homeowner a clear understanding of the overall flow, room layouts, furniture placement and scale. Lighting, plumbing and elevation plans were presented for finalizing and provided an opportunity to make any desired changes prior to handing to the trades.
